The staff at the breakfast area - although extremely busy - were always very nice and welcoming and good at their job. They were very efficient each day. The breakfast was really lovely each day.
The ladies at reception were not very helpful, not welcoming at all and were mostly, downright rude. Upon arrival I made a comment about the upcoming snow storm and I got a dirty look as if I shouldn't be making small talk. The front desk let the hotel down. The rest of the hotel is very good.
