I got bitten by bedbugs, found a bedbug in the bed, and management went silent when issue was raised to them. Avoid this hotel.

Comfortable bed and very clean

From desk was on the phone for 5+ minutes and wouldn?t acknowledge me at all

Their pet fee policy is pet fee policy is absurd. Use the pet fee under the stance my dogs have a pet smell but they have staff living out of the hotel that stink up the floor with their ethnic foods and say my dogs have a smell

This is the only hotel in Hackettstown.

I stayed here a few times, the price reflects the quality and customer service. I booked for 2 days. Missed the 1st d/t weather. Kept in contact w/ them and explained situation. Arrived 2nd night w/ my baby & they were rude and wouldn¿t honor the booking

The mattress was firm and comfortable

Room was not vacuumed upon arrival.Mold in shower, 2 of 3 light bulbs in bathroom out.The electrical plate cover in bathroom was broken with wires exposed.The lid for toilet tank is missing.No lighting in parking lot at 7am. Breakfast is pathetic

Tired building. A/C unable to control temperature. Someone had cut the sliding curtain over window in half. Top only on one side rest open. Toilet seat wrong . Carpet had big red stains. Bath finish worn off and black around edges. Cupboard doors broken.

The bed was very comfortable and the pillows. The room was clean but the rug was a little bit dirty.

The breakfast needs a upgrade for better selections.

mold on the bathroom wall & vent sheet on second bed had a very visible black stain breakfast didn't have much to recommend it

No counter top in the bathroom to put things. Apparently we got a handicapped room that we didn't ask for.

Location and price. I was pleasantly surprised. Good value.

The free breakfast was lacking.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly. The only problem was my mistake of booking this hotel so far from the Cape Liberty Cruise Port. Over a one hour drive.

Nice place to stay. Seemed very new. Very clean and the man at the front desk (may have been the owner) was very friendly. You can easily walk to a number of shopping centers on the same road. Good internet connection. Quiet

Location was good for our needs. I was put into room that was much larger than expected so that was nice. The staff was pleasant.

The tissues were empty when we arrived and stayed empty for the 2 nights we were there. No extra roll of toilet paper in bathroom so we needed to be frugal with our use. Big stains on rug and room had a funky smell.

Staff. Check in was at 3pm we arrived at 430 and the room was still not ready. They also claimed we didn't pre pay for the room, forcing us to pay even though we had proof until the manager arrived the next day. He was also rude.

It's a new building, and it's clean.

The staff works poorly. They don't try to solve problems, it's just it is what it is. We had very noise people by us through the night, we were not able to fall asleep till 4:30 in the morning. Staff did not help us, and put us in a bad situation.

Nothing. It was disgusting.

First room had a white substance and curly back hair on the bed. Staff gave an attitude about room change and insisted it was clean. Showed them. They walked us to the next room and the room was also filthy and the bathroom was gutted. Left immediately.
