The woman at the front desk checking in was kind and helpful.
Location but that's it. it was the only place with rooms available in the area.
Not a thing. The worst hotel I ever stayed in for forty years.

Cons -

My door was painted shut, causing me to go back to the front desk The floor was so filthy, my feet were black. I couldnÂ¿t even shower because the water was brown, causing me to have to miss work.
Pretty icky; you don't want to take off your shoes or touch anything. It's been so long since renovation that mold is embedded shower walls--can't be cleaned. They did seem to have cleaned the room and sheets and towels; but musty dampness is everywhere
Stale smoke odor in a non-smoking room. Loud A/C. Curb appeal/lack of made it feel questionable and "unsafe."

It smell like mold and the had buckets all over the place for leaking pipes
