Hampton Inn & Suites Fairfield

Everything, staff was pleasant, coffee available, the restauant & bar very nice. Can not say anything I did not like.

Requested early breakfast (cold cereal/bagel/fruit) to grab - was confirmed 2x that we would get.pre-packed bags by 6 am - kitchen staff had no idea but was eventually able to let us (32!) grab a few items to snack in

How clean easy the chick in and check out process. Breakfast was fresh and good!

Convenience and nice for the most part

The beds are extremely uncomfortable way to hard, need more a firm but pillowtop, we could not lay on the beds to long because they were too hard. Shower leaked and flooded the floor everytime room 303. Also needs an exhaust in the bathroom

we were blown away by this Hotel. The lobby & our rooms were so elegant & clean. We had forgotten our toiletry bag at home and they had complimentary toothbrushes and toothpaste for us. The staff were super friendly. Free breakfast was delicious!!!

The room was super clean, updated The restaurant and my waiter were amazing! All the staff were very helpful

The breakfast crew did an awesome job with food and keeping everything fresh and having a great variety of fresh food from calandra bakery

They should have stated the pool was closed. It was the reason we booked the room.

Friendly staff, clean room, quiet location but would suggest that all rooms have " handicapped toilets" !

Clean, dog friendly

I was not told ahead of time about a 79$ pet fee. There was no place during my reservation process that I was asked or informed of this additional fee. That also seems like a steep fee for one little dog for one night. If I had a place to put they I was traveling with our dog and been informed then that would be my decision, but I was not given the opportunity to make that decision.

The roo. Wasn't clean i found trash in ever corner and no trash bags ice machine didn't work on my floor had to go to another for ice

Nicely decorated with Christmas decorations, staff was friendly and nice! Room was cozy and we liked the furniture and bed. Parking was excellent and the restaurant was top notch. The breakfast was good and the staff very nice. Overall a great experience and we will be back!

The fact that the pool was permanently closed... our grandchildren were disappointed. I cant think of anything else.

It was exceptionally clean and recently updated. In addition they were able to accommodate a wedding after party

The food service ended at 9AM. This was our 5th Hampton Inn this week. All of the other HAMPTON’S ended food service at 10AM. It was not pointed out to us about the closing time being 1 hour sooner than expected.

I like the live music and the atmosphere.

That it took a while for someone to bring me a menu and take my order.

Very clean and comfortable. Wonderful staff

That bathroom light is a killer. Walls can be thin. A conversation right outside my room woke me way too early.
