- Everything, staff was pleasant, coffee available, the restauant & bar very nice. Can not say anything I did not like.
- Friendly staff, clean spacious room and nice open eating area
- Building design - very close to front desk from everywhere
Cons -
- NO
- Requested early breakfast (cold cereal/bagel/fruit) to grab - was confirmed 2x that we would get.pre-packed bags by 6 am - kitchen staff had no idea but was eventually able to let us (32!) grab a few items to snack in
- The beds are extremely uncomfortable way to hard, need more a firm but pillowtop, we could not lay on the beds to long because they were too hard. Shower leaked and flooded the floor everytime room 303. Also needs an exhaust in the bathroom
