Clean. Good amount of space.

The staff chased out my roommate to make her pay the daily parking fee. My roomate was walking to her car and the staff member ran out the hotel to make her pay. It appeared that the staff forgot to charge us. Very UNPROFESSIONAL.

AC was noisy. areawide felt little unsafe as there was redroof inn next door

All staff were professional, excellent and very very kind. Hotel employee did an amazing excellent job keeping our room perfect and neatly clean! The pool area is a favorite with the kids as well.

The ease to get there. Large lobby, and large room. Friendly staff.

The breakfast. However, I don't have high expectations for hotel breafast. I appricate that it is included.

They?re were people roaming the property and lobby that seemed displaced and loitering. We had an encounter with someone who was high and delusional while in the elevators. Didn?t feel safe traveling the hallways with children

Good space

I stayed 3 nights and no cleaning was done. On a day before I left I asked for cleaning and it was refused.

It was clean and everything worked inside the room.

The swimming pool temperature was very cold and could not be used. One reason I picked this hotel was for the indoor swimming pool. Smoking took place on the second floor. That smoke carried into our room through the hallways and through the vents.

Thes staff was great. The breakfast was excellent

The lady working at breakfast wonderful employee!!! Always willing to help above and beyond!

We like the breakfast options. We enjoyed the lobby with the coffee, tea and hot chocolate being available.

Easily located and close to highway. Property was clean and soundproof

Spacious rooms, big double beds, lots of space , clean sheets , towels and bathrooms, the kitchenette was fully stocked up with all essentials required. Breakfast was good. Loved the waffles,tasty. Didn’t have time to check out the heated pool , another time definitely. The lounge area is beautiful and spacious for relaxing. Had a great time.

We really liked the quick digital check in process, the room size and cleanliness and the great customer service from the staff

All of the unruly children from the traveling baseball team who occupied the swimming pool. They were not understanding that this is a public space and they were subsequently removed by their chaperones. This was NOT the hotels fault in anyway, but I wanted to mention it as something I did not like

Came back from outing and unable to find a parking spot even though was charged a daily parking fee. Also sign in room says room is cleaned every other day was there 3 nights room was never cleaned. Husband is a early riser and he would go down to get a cup of coffee that is suppose to be available 24/7 and there was none available either morning and coffee in room never replenished.
