Room has roaches. Trash cans outside were overflowing. No elevators. Staff was short and impatient. People were sleeping in the stairway. I will never go here again.

Location was great, Front Desk staff was very good. Glad there was a refrigerator.

Room was ok, found some roaches. Toilet did not flush properly. No coffee maker in the room.

Very noisy. Also front desk clerk was not very helpful when checking in. Asked to change rooms because not comfortable with people hanging out in front of room I was given. Told only 1 other room was an option and it was exact same room on opposite side.

Nothing. It was an absolute disaster. We had to go to a new hotel. They should be embarrassed about the hotel, how the treat people, the drugs, the dirty rooms. We couldn't even stay there. We are still waiting on our refund

We didn't like anything. The drug addicts, the bugs in the rooms. The smoke in every non smoking room. The cops were there 5 times while we were trying to check in and then they didn't have any rooms for us

Their was plenty of parking available.

I got three different rooms. The first one had a massive amount of roaches. The second room was destroyed from a previous guest, and for that night I had to rent elsewhere as their were no other rooms. Third room had roaches as well.

Convenient location

A car alarm in front of my room went off 9 times between 4AM -6:30AM. I left after that and called the front desk when I returned that evening. They said I would have to talk to the day staff the next day which I could not do as I left early.

There was people stocking around late at night had to tell the front desk people fighting and screaming Friday and Saturday night Bad area

It was very comfortable & the staff are amazing !! Very good customer service!!

The room was not cleaned properly !! I had to clean it when I got there ! But I normally do that anywhere I stay but we shouldn't have too !

Nothing. I wanted to stay somewhere else and tried to cancel but you all wouldn¿t let me

It was dirty, there were hairs on the sheets and in the shower. Operator didn¿t answer when I called after check in. Police drive through the property. It was a mess.

A lot. Room was absolutely disgusting. Hadn't been cleaned at all especially the bathroom. Absolutely unacceptable.

The beds were very comfy

The door kept locking before we shut it,the USB ports and outlets on our nightside stand didnr work, the wir conditioned smelled when it was on

Rude staff, dirty rooms, smelled of mildew and marijuana.

Close to highway for easy navigation

Absolutely disgusting rooms unclean bathrooms had to switch rooms twice just to find one that was somewhat acceptable We will never be staying at a red roof inn again. Horrible experience.

The tollet seat was broke and some mold in the room. Beds were very uncomfortable

Location, staff, price, quiet, surroundings outside.

Television channels, Bath, Fridge, Microwave. Television brightness needs to be adjusted along with contrast by technician.

Floors and bathtub not as clean as they should be. No coffee maker or supplies for coffee in room.

The only thing that was best in this hotel was that it was close to the highway

Rooms were dirty. There was a layer of dirt on the floor that you could see and feel.

Maintenance is very bad. The room says it is non smoking but when we entered it was full of smoking stink.. Manager response also was not good. We asked the manager to change the room since we had 3 months baby and can't take that stink, still he didn't

The staff was accomodating

The state of the room upon arrival. There was a foul odor and all the sheets needed to be changed and we had to clean and disinfect everything. The refrigerator did not work and the management had to change it out.
