Yes. Poor customer service and room wasn't clean the whole time I was there. There were stuff broken in the room so they had to fix whiles we were in the room.

The hotel is very nice, the rooms are big and clean

Nighttime personnel don't care about your needs. You can hear every single step from the room above, and the personnel didn't do anything about it. The blackout for the windows not working, personnel could not do anything till the next morning. No sleep!

The full size kitchen, with dishwasher.

The pool was not opened, and there was nothing about closure on the website. We booked solely on the fact of pool, and breakfast included. We were very disappointed to see "out of order" sign.

The welcome desk employee went above and beyond in ensuring that my elderly mother (w/ mobility issues), my three children and I were comfortable, welcomed and extended every hospitality. Thank you.

Staff was incredibly helpful. The rooms are quite large and comfortable with many amenities.

The free breakfast was below par on Sunday, and just ok on Monday.

The perfect hotel for families! The staff at this location was amazing!!!!!! Professional and kind every single staff person that I encountered, from front desk to housing! Did I mention the breakfast. This place is a 10 out of 10

Clean, spacious, friendly staff, and the room had all the amenities from home.

The omelets in the continental breakfast were dry, but everything else was good.

The hotel is situated in a very nice area, you practically have all you want on the street of the hotel e.g Mall, Costco, Saks Fifth Avenue, AMC. I can¿t wait to revisit

Sometimes other guests would have conversations (not necessarily brief ones) in the hallways. I travel a lot and think hotels should post signs about this issue. This is a general comment and not something that was unique to this hotel.
