- Night time front desk clerk, Harry, was super helpful.
- It was horrible and dirty. I booked there reading your reviews but the place was like a hell

- I was racially profiled at front desk
- No hot water for showers we tried morning and night to get a shower both nights washed up in cold water. Saturday evening came back to our room and our window was open screen busted.woukd like a night compensated
- Everything including safety, staff, condition, service, and noise. Some people were having fight in the lobby around 2 AM and my wife was terrified that someone would kill us!!! We want our money back
