The staff were extremely cordial, efficient and helpful. The location of the hotel was very convenient. The size of the room was good. The amenities and Maintenance were up to the mark.

Price and location

The first room we were checked in was good, modern and clean, however the shower was broken and the water was extremely hot. So, after staff concluded it needs a big repair, we were relocated to another room that was smaller and old fashioned.

Price jumped over 150 bucks on Saturday

It was in a good location but they had no hot water or heat.

The room was really spacious and comfortable and clean so was the bathroom

Rented this Hotel because of the location,Went to the New York Jets Game. It's 5 miles from the Stadium.Not a Super fancy hotel,but the price was reasonable and the Staff was great.

Nobody was at the desk at check in, waited for 10 minutes for someone to show up. No vending machines, they only sell "cash only": snacks at the front desk. Bathtub was gross and missing enamel, handle came off in my hand, room smelled like smoke.

Both elevators were broken.. when we tried using there was someone actually stuck in there and the front desk had no idea someone was banging on the door and didn?t hear the alarm the stick person was pressing.

no elevator. I had to walk long distance and felt isolated/ alone when I got to my room. Even though the entire property had cameras the staff at front desk weren?t watching me. A breakfast was supposed to be included. The hotel DID NOT include breakfast

It was welcoming cleaned and easy to find Staff was great

The bed was comfortable.

There were a lot of repairs going on. There wasn¿t an ice machine on my floor.

Cleanliness, paying over $300 for a room with a dirty bathroom and an a/c unit that was about to give out. The locks.on the windows looked pathetic. The staff wouldn't accept cc payments for bottled water and would not allow to add to the room.

The location of where I needed to be.

It was under maintenance and construction. Very difficult to navigate and was not as clean as I like. Staff was not helpful and very not knowledgeable about what amenities were nearby.

The location was perfect.

The 1st room we were given was missing half the furniture-the 2nd room we were given had bugs. A dead bug in the bathroom, a live bug on the nightstand & an ant on the bed.

It was easy access to the highways.

Everything. From the dirty stained carpetjj in ng. The room smelled of mold. The ac did not work properly. I didn¿t even shower. I ended up going to my friends apt and showering. I felt unsafe and I kept smelling the smell of marijuana. $--- for tha

The staff was pretty friendly.

Yes, a number of things. The cleanliness was terrible. When we got there, there was hair in the shower, and one of the wash cloths was not clean. Also, there was a funny smell throughout the hallways of the hotel, and keypad to enter side door is broken.

Did not like the fact that a cleaning lady just let herself in my room per front desk,because they didn't see I paid for 2 nights. I guess calling the room was to much to ask. I will never stay here again nor will recommend it.The bathtub was gross too.

Customer service experience was very bad, heater was not working in the room and it was very cold they have the a/c heater unit lock so you can only go to 65 F nothing else ask to change rooms but they told me there was no more rooms available
