Location is perfect, right across from the beach and within walking distance to restaurants and the Washington St mall.Included were passes for beach chairs and umbrella! Pool was refreshing. Parking under the building was very convenient.
The best part about this hotel was the location. The beach was right across the street and it was easy to bike to restaurants, museums, and shopping.

The room was very clean. I particularly liked the motel location--right at a trolley stop and opposite a beach entrance. I will be staying there on future trips!
The staff, especially the Manager Sue, very warm and helpful.
