This restored 1879 building is located in the historic district of Cape May. The hotel and cottages feature an exclusive area for hotel guests on the beach and guest rooms with a mini-bar and free WiFi. Valet parking is available for guests. Each room at The Virginia and Cottages provides a flat-screen cable TV and a safety deposit box. They are furnished with a refrigerator and include bathrobes for added convenience. - Was clean
- The staff was friendly and very accommodating and the hotel was immaculately clean. The location is perfect - the hotel valeted our car and we never needed it again until it was time to leave.
- It is quaint and clean and staffed by nice, courteous people who provide great service.
Cons -
- Breakfast was supposed to be included in the room charge; however, on our 2nd day there, breakfast was never received. Their approach toward the problem, was very nonchalant. Left a detailed message for the manager, but no return call as yet.
