Staff was friendly. Food was tasty, but chicken undercooked. Received full credit for that meal and free ice cream. Waiter was very discreet and apologetic.
Our room was well appointed but had issues with the window heating/cooling unit. Very loud, in the early morning a sudden loud noise, ice crystals flew into the room. I asked the clerk to look at the issue. Clerk gave me a book on CapeMay, no discount.
