The Beach Club on Madison Avenue - Adults Only

There was sand in the bed. Were the sheets clean? The TV did not have Live TV nor the ability to watch NetFlix or Prime Video. The dark ages.

We were immediately asked to leave on the first day due to having our young children with us and then left to fend for ourselves with no refund

The staff was horrible

Separate AC units in living room & one for bedroom.

Not a big issue but the shower could use a larger shelf for shampoo & conditioner

The area was good

The bed sucks. Messed up my back.

internet was down the entire time; trash bag full to overflowing under sink upon arrival.

It was bright, clean, comfortable. The staff person was friendly and competent.

The location was great. Literally a beeline straight to the town center, but I didn¿t go from the hotel straight to the beach. Kitchenette was great. Great for convenience.

1 incident caused me to look behind the bed. It was dirty. There were tiny ants in the bathroom.

It was a quick and easy check in and out process. Our room was comfortable and clean. Overall it was a fantastic experience.

The location is good near the beach and the center of town. Been coming to this hotel for years

We did not like it

Room was not up to date - sofa smelled. Bathroom had some mold. TV in bedroom did not work. We checked out after 1 night.

Room size , bathroom size, and mini fridge and microwave.

Outdoor Steps to second floor dirty- lint, etc. Went weekend before Memorial Day and outdoor pool was full, but not inspected- so closed. Very warm weekend. Would have been good to have the pool available.

Proximity to the beach and chairs outside our room to smoke cigarettes

A little disappointed the heated pool and jacuzzi was not open

Enjoyed the location, service, and room.

We understand businesses are faced with challenges. However, bed covers were stained. Yet, appreciated how hotel Manager explained why, and the housekeeper provided a bed cover that wasn't stained.

The beds were comfortable. Air worked beautifully. Room had everything you would need. Large bathroom.

Carpets could use a refresh. Flat screen tv but No HD channels. I got the last parking spot near rooms. Would have had to park behind building or on street...

Smelled clean, comfortable bed. Okay for a one-night stay.

Staff was loud when cleaning rooms around us, laughing and having personal conversations. The parking on-site allowed public use, so we had to park down the street (they only had one disability parking spot).

The hotel notified me that they had water issues and recommended not travelling to them... this was the day before arrival, so not ideal. At least they warned me and I could look for alternative accommodation in the area.

Did not experience due to water leaks in the hotel. Wish they assisted with alternative arrangements (made an offer of another place to consider), instead of leaving me to hunt down a hotel room on short notice.

The employees at this hotel in Cape May were extremely friendly and courteous. They helped us in anyway that they could what a pleasant stay. We will book here again in 2021.

The hotel was convienence to town and the beach. It was super clean and the amenities were great. Beds were super comfy.

Basic room but it was clean, office staff very friendly. Well kept property. Each room had seating outside. That was nice. It's in a quiet area but you can easily walk to center of everything if you like walking. Would definitely stay again.

Centrally located! About a five minute walk to the beach and the pool was awesome!

Allowed smoking outside of rooms so if you’re a non-smoker and there is a smoker near you it will be a bother! Musty smell in room.
