Location, staff

The internet needs improvement. It was very spotty in our room. We were told they received no complaints but that our room may have been a dead spot. I'd also love to see the TV's upgraded so we could cast from our own programs via tablets/iPads, etc.

it was available but that may have been for a reason

The bathroom was dirty. brown water, hair stuck on the sink and the wall. The beds were uncomfortable and I paid extra for beach front balcony which was untrue. We were angled looking over the pool and the corner street. you could BARELY see the ocean

Family owned, great location. Clean room.

Not really. If you are looking for a fancy hotel with lots of bells and whistles, this isn't it. If you want a clean quiet place where you are treated like family, then this is a great place.

Great location. There was no extra charge for the hotel parking which was close by. The upper viewing deck was nice and gave a beautiful view especially at night. The room was uncluttered and extremely clean. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The location of this hotel is excellent in regards to beach access and also being within walking distance to the mall. The kitchenette even included utensils and pots/pans.

The room was a bit small for a family of 4. The bathroom didn't have any shelving or counter space to store toiletries.

Worst most traumatizing experience ever at a hotel. The kid working the front desk was living in the hotel (in the room adjoined with me and my 2 year old). He was banging on the walls and doors to my room screaming ¿F OFF¿. I had to call 911.

I was stuck in meetings all day and by the time we got on the road it was late. The hotel called when we were half hour away to check on us. Now that¿s customer service.

No iron in the room, no instructions on checking out and we didn¿t realize that there wasn¿t an elevator. Thank goodness it was only three flights.

Very convenient location....walking distance to restaurants and shopping, right across street from beach!

Towels were ancient and scratchy.. Cleaning could be better in bathroom.

Location and cleanliness we’re really the only things we liked about it

No elevator was very inconvenient for older couple on third floor , also people on the roof deck right above our room were very noisy late both nights, I spoke to numerous people at the desk with no answers. I was told the owner would call me, no call !

Size of pool was a bit disappointing! In picture appeared larger!

Clean room. Clean pool. right across from the ocean on the main strip. The Trolley will drop you off from the shopping center.

The Air conditioning basically had 2 settings. On(freezing and blowing air at full force) and off (hot/ no air flow). We could keep a comfortable temperature. I wish i brought sweat pants to sleep in. Also the place charged me extra for my 2 yo daughter

The location to the beach and town. The pool and sun deck probably would have been used if we were in season.

Overall the price was a bit high for the off season. The room was simple, no paper towels by microwave, no plastic cutlery. But clean and quaint.

First we meet the owner's son. He was a very friendly person, explaining everything to us about the hotel, and places we can visit on the town. His mother is a great person too, very sweet and accommodating. We loved the hotel and the accommodations a lot

We loved everything about the hotel, it was very clean, spacious, with a seating, eating and kitchenette area. The staff was very friendly and understanding. We will come back to this hotel very soon. Nothing to dislike. We give them a 5 stars rating.

The young man who checked us in was nice and very friendly.

The room was not very clean. We paid for a "deluxe ocean view" room...their was definitely nothing deluxe, and all that we could see out our window was the stairs.

The location was terrific, right across the street from the beach. Our room had a good ocean view. The deck on the roof is very nice. Shopping is close and you can walk to most everything.

Not much information at check in, thank goodness for the internet. The door to the ice maker is locked at a certain time, don't know when there wasn't any signs.

Very nice room, very clean, in a good location.

Sound could be heard when someone was walking in the room above our room and water could be heard running from other rooms.No bathmat for the tub so we were afraid of falling in the tub.

Location & access to beach was excellent. At arrival, evening host was so very friendly & especially patient with the guests checking in prior to us. This was a great start to our stay.

No toiletries - 2 small bars of Dial soap only; not even shampoo, no hand towels & a tattered cotton bath mat. Touted as nonsmoking - apparently this applied only to the inside rooms - too many smokers outside on the veranda including the staff.

The staff, and what I believe is the owners, were all wonderful. Very friendly and accomodating. The hotel is older, but very clean. The location was awesome. Wish we would have realized there was deck on the roof the first night. Great view.

The room had a musty smell. Im not sure you could do anything about this. Typical older beachfront room. Location is great but I didnt realize the Convention center blocks the view of the beach. No matter, id stay here again.
