Comfort Inn Bordentown near NJ Turnpike

Staff was ok, not helpful, but not rude.

I have Bed Bug bites all over my back! It smelled bad. If we weren't too tired to drive more, we would have left. Absolutely gross.

The room is dirty and not been cleaned with used q-tips left on the countertop.

Vending machine didn?t work Was dirty Almost fell in their shower due to it being half broken

Staff non communication Cleanliness Breakfast, nothing there

Location was ideal

Carpet wet around AC in the room. Musty odor likely from that moisture. Ice cream got stuck in vending machine but they didn?t have the key to their own machine.

The rooms are clean and didn't have any bad odors

They say no pets or smoking and this hotel had both dogs and weed vaps the smell of a wet dog is bad but walking into a elevator that reeks with marijuana smoke sucks

comfortable beds, soft towels, having a microwave and refrigerator was nice

ice cold lemon water available in the lobby, elevator works, ice machine

pool did not seem to be open, so double check about that if having an outdoor pool is important to you

The location is convenient for visiting our family in Bordentown and Hamilton.

There was no staff at the check in desk for more than 20 minutes. When someone finally appeared there was no apology for the absence and delay. The room had quite a bit of dusty and the sheer window curtains were torn.

Good location for where I wanted to be. Rooms were good. Staff was pleasant. No issues

Cable tv channel selection was very limited.

The room size

The smell. It wasn't clean. Cost way too much.There was no sheets or covers for the pull out sofa.

Location was good for us,close to my daughter in Hamilton township. Staff was friendly till I asked fir a corkscrew. Had to leave my car keys for collateral.

I felt uncomfortable taking my shoes off in our room,114, the carpet was not clean, many stains throughout. The workout room was in total disrepair. A roach crawled out from under our bed for a morning greeting.3 star hotel, not even close.

The location was perfect for our Six Flags Trip. It¿s close to shopping several big stores and restaurants near by.

No pool like advertised. Our rooms had big stains on the floor and the other room sink was stopped up. The next shift did change our rooms. The Breakfast that was supposed to start at 6:30am to 9:30 am started around 9am with no meat or eggs just waffles.

Breakfast was closed Gave out frozen sandwiches to heat up.New Pillows needed too flat

Convenient to the highway

Room dirty, breakfast was a baggy with cold sausage sandwich, nature bar, and small water.

Very clean and staff very helpful and friendly

We check out one day early and could not get a credit or refund for one day.

The staff was very kind. Room was clean .

No washers for laundry’. Toilet kept running.

The parking

It can be a little more clean. New bed sheets and towels/wash clothes

My key was a big problem. Every time i would try to enter the room the key didn't work so I would have to go back down to the desk. Very aggravating!!!
