Great staff and location
We enjoyed the evening staff so much. They were so hospitable and very kind to my grandchildren.
Terrific visit. Staff was very friendly. Room was great, although it was small. A/C worked great. Porch was very nice -- comfortable chairs/couches and it was a great place to sit and read a book. Location is great -- just a block away from the beach!

Just that parking was difficult at 3pm. Lots of beach goers. We actually had to find something to do until about 6 to get parking, but that was easy enough.
Rooms are small but it was still a great value.

The price is "cheap" compared to the rest of the area especially during September. The location is super convenient being a block away from the beach.

Not an updated hotel. Bare minimum standards. Paper thin walls. Rooms are small but doable. Because it's so cheap, guests can be considered questionable.
