Delta Hotels Basking Ridge

The hotel walls are extremely thin. I could hear everything in the room next to me. The people were up at 1am and also 6am. There were plenty of available rooms we could have been assigned since the hotel was less than half full.

The location worked well for our travels and was easy access. The room was clean and pretty standard for hotel rooms. Overall, not a bad place to stay

For the price, I would like to have breakfast included.

The bed frames are larger than the mattresses and stick out past the mattress. I banged into the hard wood frame at the bottom of the bed several times. My shins are all bruised. Very painful. The hotel needs to get smaller bed frames for mattresses.

It would have been nice to have breakfast provided, but I know other Marriotts have stopped this amenity, too. We liked that coffee and tea were available.

Thin walls, sleep disrupted due to loud neighbors. If the walls were soundproof, the stay would have been perfect

There was mold in the bathroom and I felt ill after my stay for a few days

The hotel is beautiful, clean and has some phenomenal staff members.

Need more shelf space by the sink in the bathroom and hot water did not always work.

We are in the restaurant of the hotel and the waiter never checked on us once the food was finally served he forgot about us even though we were the only ones there. When we asked for the bill he stayed hovering over us to see how much we would tip him.

Was a very nice hotel a little more than I like to spend but not astronomically high & so was still in budget which made the experience That Much Better

Big room, tiny room fridge. People might think this doesn't matter, but it does.

The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, easy to access from the highway and has kind staff.

I¿m not a fan of the barn door for the bathroom. It is aesthetically pleasing and trendy, but takes away from one¿s privacy with the gaps on either side of the door frame. Also, difficulty finding place to eat nearby when we came back late from a show.

The entire room was lovely, but one thing I really liked was hooks. Hotel rooms never have hooks but this one did. A hook to hang your hanger bag, your coat, and your towel.

Maybe it is still a COVID thing, but the room was never touched by a maid. I stayed three nights and my bed was never made, trash never emptied, soap never replaced. That is why I gave it a lower cleanliness score.
