Proximity to Boardwalk Hall.

Did not recognize payment made prior day and P.S. it is not "pay at the property" despite this being the chosen method. They took the money electronically, hours before my arrival.

No hot water, only warm. Anyway keep faucet open for 20 minutes still warm.? I told to the guy in reception but hi said: ?is winter?.?!?!?!

It was just not worth the price ¿ it felt more like a motel ¿ we were given 1apple and a bottle of water along with a granola bar for breakfast.. the stairs and walks of the building were poorly done , the beds were small . It was just not what I expected

Extremely dirty and unkept. Rennovations were in Placebo no phone no tv remotes available. Lacking Standard ameneties.

The bathroom was dirty There were holes in the walls of shower The blow dryer didn¿t work and falling of hinges in the wall The telephone had no cord to wall to call front desk The manager told me if I don¿t like don¿t come back The worst !!!!!!!!

We didn't stay. After what we saw we didn't even feel safe getting out of the vehicle.

When we pulled up, the building was falling apart, linens were pilled in the parking lot, we watched what looked like a drug deal and there were a lot of people loitering around the parking lot. My girlfriend and I didn't feel safe and left.

Unfortunately, there is no best on this hotel review. I¿m glad the locks were working.

Holes in the bathroom door. One light did not work. Desk chair was broken and leaning to one side. Air conditioning could not go above 60 degrees. Musty smell. Bathroom floor is a liability as the shower soaks it. Bathroom door handle broke. No deadbolt

Ad said continental breakfast with a sketch of a cup of coffee. Well this was a total joke. Brown lunch bad with apple, one bottle water, and granola bars. If you wanted ice, needed togo to office. And go into cooler which most times had very little.

The smell of smoke in the rooms. This is a place you stay When you really aren¿t going to spend much time in the room. This place is just to sleep if you will be spending the rest of the day exploring AC. Its not where you go if youre looking for luxury

I have never stayed at a hotel that has a parking lot and the hotel charges the guests to park in their parking lot. Front desk clerk rude and not wearing a mask even though signs all over doors and glass masks are required. Garbage left in garbage can.

Nothing, I was so so upset when I got there. I literally checked in and checked out as soon as I walked in the room. The pictures are 1000% deceiving. I couldn't believe they would actually rent rooms in this king of condition. I thought I was in a movie

Take this hotel off your listing it is a complete waste of people's hard earned money. The pics are not even close to what I took picture of. I have proof. I requested my credit company a complete refund. I literally booked at Tropicana while standing in
