The room and location

The 10am check out ¿¿¿¿ let¿s be realistic . 2nd came on a trip to relax not to feel obligated/ harassed to sitting in a time share presentation .why would anyone sign up for timeshare when people are trying to get rid of them now . I will not return !!!

Location.

Room was worn out ie carpet, toilet, shower, closet doors.

The rooms were perfect for what we needed and a good location for where we wanted to be

The staff was extremely disorganized and did not seem willing to help us as guest or each other. Also they call early in the morning about wrist bands that we already received the night before. The caller was the same person who handed us the wrist bands

I loved that this hotel was close to the boardwalk, and had an amazing view. I also loved how spacious the two-bedroom suite was which was amazing for a girl's trip.

The neighborhood is not the best neighborhood, so their are a lot of people begging for money. However, their is a tight security in the hotel so even your "visiting" guest has to be cleared by someone staying at the hotel.

I wouldn't stay at this hotel again. they have very slow elevators and they told me that the city wouldn't allow them to add more, which means that they would never be fixed the old ones. it takes 20 to 30 min for the elevators to come up or down.

I would not stay at this hotel again for the reason that they have really slow elevators. it took about 20 to 30min on average for these 3 very slow elevators to come. So I ended up asking for a room on the 7th floor so I can take the stairs:(

The rooms were good size and seemed to be kept up pretty well. The location is also not too bad just behind the Resorts Casino.

The elevators and valet were terrible at checkout. It took almost two hours to get an elevator with luggage and receive our car. Valet actually forgot us and we had to go back again.

I like the fact that the room had almost everything u would need in a condo

I did not like that fact that I'm 5'11" and the shower head was only up to my neck it should be higher. I also don't like 10am checkout it should be 12pm checkout.

The rooms are amazing and updated. Staff is extremely helpful!

Waited for an elevator for 20 minutes!

Everything and everyone was wonderful with the hotel. We are actually planning another trip there in June and we will be staying at your hotel again. It may not have been close to the casinos but it was well worth the limo rides!! Loved the hospitality!

The room was big. They have us $95 to listen to a timeshare presentation. Overall it was a good stay and met expectations.

They gave us bracelets to wear as security, which would've been fine had security the first night not had their nose buried in their phone each time we saw him. Also the weekend continental breakfast left much to be desired.

Everything! The staff was fantastic...anytime we needed anything, they were there! The bed was really comfortable, the unit was clean and very spacious. It was very nice to have valet parking included in the parking fee!

The only issue we had was that the kitchen sink backed up pretty fast, but it did eventually drain out.

The room is huge and had everything you needed to have a comfortable stay. Bed was comfortable! Great balcony as well! Nice to be out of the casino but close enough to resorts to be in the thick of the action.

service was at best average and at worst bad. Took 2 hours for our luggage to be delivered to the room. Check out is at 10am... never have heard of that before. And they knocked on your door at 9am to make sure you were leaving.

Location and amenities where amazing. It was with in walking distance to the boardwalk, all of the shops and killer ocean views. Room was huge.

They do try to get you to buy a time share (high pressure sales), but it does come with free gifts.

Hotel was close enough to walk places, and staff was kind. The room was clean and provided everything we needed. Elevators were not a problem during our stay, but maybe during prime season they could be.

Shower pressure sucked!
