The receptionist was great I ask questions she helped

In the 4 days I was there my room was not cleaned and my room was not cleaned properly because it was hair on my sink and I seen a roach I went in another room it was better than my room I meet them at the hotel .

Heat was awesome but the shower head was horrible the water was not strong enough and bathroom door couldn't close all the way

Location

Room was dirty, one person had to sleep on the floor because they were unable to accommodate everyone we made reservations for, it was a process to get extra linens, towels were dirty, burn marks on curtains, furniture and blankets, pool green.

The beds were neat.

Parking was super tight. My room looked presentable when we walked in but then realized the floors were dirty, the fridge inside, had hairs all over and the bathroom tub was definitely not cleaned right.

The employee that worked the Friday and Saturday night shift. He tried to charge us for again when we already paid for Saturday into Sunday. We just wanted to pay to stay from Sunday to Monday and he tried to charge us for staying from Saturday to Monday.

The room did not have working bathroom lights. There was so much dust I saw cobwebs. I had to have key reset because it didn't work door was not secure. I did not stay the night because I did not feel safe. There were so many people just lurking.

The only thing I liked was the location.

The place was filthy. I had to clean the room after I got in there. Also the staff was very nasty when I asked for a couple extra towels. Will not stay in this hotel ever again.

The hotel is located across the street from the Tropicana Casino and is centrally located. I communicated with the hotel that we were going to be late due to the timing of the bus. The hotel was very cooperative in this and had the room ready for us.

We have stayed at this hotel before and they used to offer a minimum breakfast..not too much just a bun and coffee or tea. Now they only offer a cup of coffee where one checks in/out. It's a bit skimpy; since 2 blocks away one can get a full breakfast

I have to say we got exactly what we expected for the price and based on the reviews we read. Management was there but not friendly or overly helpful! We didn't get bedbugs as I had feared. The price was right for a place to sleep but that is about it.

Well, there was a MAJOR domestic fight in the room next to us which kept us awake for hours. The hotel parking offered parking but the set-up wasn't the best. You have to be good at moving around other cars! The towels were like sandpaper and very old!

the hotel looked like something out of a horror movie. As well as it not being pleasant to wake up to a baggy on your car that looks like a bag of drugs!!!!

The location.

Everything else, cigarette stench, unvacuumed floors, dirty bathroom with leaky toilet, extremely loud exterior (from other guest) and faulty air-conditioning. Will never even consider staying again!!!!!
