It was not what I expected
The inflated price rates, phone cord broken had to hold in place to call the front desk because the tv did not work after securing plugs. Elevator wait 5-10 mins. Elevator to the Vue restaurant did not work you had to get off at floor 21 and walk up. etc!

Jacuzzi in the room and a good view at night

You can hear the elevator all night long because we were right next to them . Not horrible but a little loud
