This family owned and operated motel in Rochester is 20 minutes from historic Portsmouth. The motel offers an outdoor swimming pool, picnic areas and guest rooms with free Wi-Fi. - Friendly staff. Clean. Nice place, needs a clothing rack though.

- Nothing was totally different then what the pictures lead on very deceitful

- No place to hang clothes.
- No towel rack. No place to hang clothes. Floor was very dirty even after I asked them to clean it. Curtains had holes. Pool furniture in poor repair.
- Rented the hotel because it said it had a pool, but the pool wasn?t open. It was green and gross so my kids weren?t able to go swimming I feel scammed
