Hot water doesn?t last long
We had no hot water in sink and the shower we went away for our anniversary and was a terrible experience thwy told us it will be fix and would call us never got fixed and never got the call. They didn't even care it felt like.
One of my rooms smelled of smoke and or mold.

I was not able to check into my room until after 7 oÂ¿clock. This is really inexcusable and was usually inconvenient to me. The hotel would not give me any discount off the rate, and would not give me any discount off a future rate.
