Comfort Inn Manchester Airport

Toilet had old poop smear in it and first room I was given hadn’t been cleaned and bed sheets were still in a pile in the corner.

Bathrooms really need fixing up. Very comfortable beds. The breakfast is very limited: One kind of yogurt, no toppings for the waffles other than 1 syrup.

Staff, cleanliness, gross ice machine mold, the machine was open and you could see how gross it was

The heat worked

Wasnt cleaned properly. Asked the staff to clean the room again since there was poop left on the toilet seat. Have also had better showers from a plastic bag with holes poked in it as well.

Bed was comfortable

Breakfast was early, and brief. Room was a little distant, since I'm disabled. It never asked on the initial sign in online

The bathrooms was so small that my husband could not use the one in our room he is in a wheelchair and the door is not wide enough to have him get in

The staff and breakfast were very good

The shower didn?t drain, it was also hard to get in and out of due to the toilet location. The hallways had a smell of old food. The pool was not open for the entire weekend I was there.

The hotel advertised the pool open and a laundry machines. The pool was closed for maintenance both days and the washing machines didn?t work.

The pool is phenomenal, breakfast was delicious and the room was spacious and clean.

Beds were uncomfortable and there was a lack of hot water for showers.

Very nice hotel, very convenient. We had a coffee/tea maker in the room with assorted options including Decaf Tea and Coffee. Bed was very nice. Breakfast very cool with many options. Easy parking. AC and heat working perfectly and easy to adjust.

Pool area was outdated and not well maintained. Pool was closed the night we arrived (Fri) @ 9:40 pm when it was supposed to be open until 10. Sauna in the pool area the next morning was a pleasant surprise.
