Few options in town.
I have been staying at Maple leaf for over a year. I love the owner, she is amazing. She makes me feel like I'm coming home.
The location right outside the charming town of Littleton was fine, and close to skiing (the reasons for us being in the area)

Cons -

Room was musty. Owner stacked 4 customers all on one end of motel. Wife slept in car because of smell.
Filthy room w blood stained sheets, needles and cigarette butts littering room entrance. Hotel manager was verbally abusive and ordered me to leave, with my two children. And refused to reimburse me. Worst experience ever- room + service horrible.
The walls were paper thin and we had people next door who arrived late and talking and walking around for several hours. Other than the paper thin walls the experience was fine. I would recommend soundproofing.
