Just off Interstate 93, this motel is a half-mile from the Flume Gorge and Visitor Center. It features a heated outdoor pool and guest rooms with free Wi-Fi access. A refrigerator is also included in every room at Parker’s Motel. They have a seating area and cable TV and are equipped with a hairdryer. There are BBQ grills outside and guest laundry facilities on site as well. The Whale's Tale Waterpark is just 1 mile from Motel Parker. The Lost River Gorge is a 15-minute drive away.

- Bathroom was clean, two sinks, 'fridge available
- Easy to find. Large lighted sign. Room had no carpeting, bed was decent.
- Location is great room was extremely clean and very quiet at night. Have stayed here numerous times always meets expectations and more staff is very helpful.will definitely go back for next trip to new Hampshire.
Cons -
- Windows, including door glass very dirty
- Inconsistent heat.
- Smoke detector was hanging out of the ceiling, two of the four bulbs over the sink were not working, the toilet seat was extremely loose, and the stopper in the sink did not work.
