- Exceptionally clean, location to DHMC, friendly staff, Co-op and restaurant very close
- Both rooms had their own bathrooms. Very clean. Staff was always super friendly. Tvs had free hbo max. Breakfast was decent although I have a dairy allergy and there weren't really options for me.
Cons -
- Elevator currently being repaired. Did not affect me but should be noted before reservation
- The people staying above us were jumping/slamming onto the floor so loud that it kept waking my baby up. We called the front desk about it but it never stopped. Also wish there would have been a regular size trash can in the kitchen.
- I made a last minute reservation to be near the hospital for a surgery. The procedure was postponed but I was unable to cancel the room. Did not stay but had to pay anyway.
