Set among native forests, right on Paugus Bay, Birch Knoll is a family-run property overlooking Lake Winnipesaukee. It features a private beach area, an outdoor pool and provides fishing opportunities. Free Wi-Fi is available. Air-conditioned rooms are decorated with simple furnishings and all have views of the surroundings. They come with cable TV channels and include a refrigerator. Private bathrooms are standard. Guests can enjoy refreshments, drinks and snacks 24/7, thanks to on-site vending machines. During the warmer months it is possible to experience outdoor dining and use the hotel's barbecue facilities. Laconia Country Club is only 5 miles away and Castle in the Clouds Historic Estate is 22 miles from the Birch Knoll Motel. Free parking is available.

We had a perfect stay! The owner was friendly and the property was clean and had a relaxing deck area. A short walk across the street gave us access to a new deck and beautiful view of the lake.
