Inn at Ellis River

Very quaint , pretty and great immemenities. Delicious breakfast. Played cribbage in game room while enjoying a cocktail.

The location of the Inn is perfect. It's close to everything from winter activities, restaurants, the center of North Conway is only a few miles away.

Great location, close to lots of good hikes and waterfalls. Wonderful hosts, really good home cooked breakfast, 24/7 tea and coffee, amazing hosts who help you with ideas

Beds / mattresses are on the older side but still ok

Breakfast was delicious each morning. Service was wonderful, everyone working there were very friendly and accommodating with any of our needs. We enjoyed relaxing on the adirondack chairs by the river.

It was all good there were no negatives. Having stayed at many other B&B's in the area the Inn at Ellis river was one of the best.

Breakfast was great. I liked having 2 options to choose from. Staff was welcoming, friendly and personable. It was off the main road and tucked in the back off the road.

Room and bathroom was a bit small.

Wonderful breakfast. The innkeepers and staff were delightful and made us feel very welcome. We look forward to returning the next time we visit the White Mountains.

Breakfast was delicious! Fruit was fresh, two breakfast entree choices, dining room was clean and comfortable. Our room was so nice. The bed was comfortable and the gas fireplace added a nice bit of coziness.Mary, John and staff were so personable and accommodating......the dachshunds were a plus!

The staff were great. So hospitable. And breakfasts very nice too.

Room ok size but bathroom very small and washbasin was in the bedroom. Inn was a ‘bit tired’.

Very narrow stairs to 3rd floor room (no elevator) and room was tiny. Very difficult to navigate with heavy luggage and/or knee problems. Staff did help with our luggage

The beautiful furnishings, the enormous comfortable bed it above all, the wonderful service from the small team at this inn.

Super staff - helpful and entertaining! Nice casual vibe in clean and tidy Inn. Lovely fresh fruit and cooked breakfast. Tea and coffee available ad lib. Lovely gardens along river bank.Great access to White Mountains, Mt Washington Auto route to summit (20 minutes north), North Conway where historic town, Scenic railway and outlet stores (20 minutes south) and great restaurants within 5 minute drive in and around Jackson and Bartlett.

Calm, beautiful, quiet and well maintained.

Nothing it was perfect.

The rooms are comfortable and the inn and grounds are nice for relaxing. Jackson is a quiet spot which I liked. Restaurants are within walking distance. Nice breakfast served daily at the inn. Staff and owners are lovely.

We had booked the cottage which is very nice but the spiral narrow stairs to the lovely loft with the bed proved to be difficult.We went to see the Inn Keeper Mary who went above and beyond to find a room in the Inn.Breakfast was great and really felt at home.

No refrigerator in most rooms

Great location for Storyland as well as good restaurants, personable staff, clean rooms, historical value and charm , steps from river and a cute in ground pool .

No real complaints if you’re a lowkey / quiet couple it is a perfect stay for short term

Loved it. All the staff were really friendly. Great location right next to Ellis River.Nice breakfast.Afternoon baked goods.Bar room with games.Chocolates left in the room each day.

The bed frame was creaky when standing up and laying down. We were only there for 2 nights so it didn't really bother us too much.
