Indoor pool & hot tub, very comfortable bed & dog friendly room!

Comfortable room, pleasing property grounds and free cookies and smores.

The stairs were a bit of a challenge but gave the hotel a lot of character.

My room in Salt Box was huge with a jacuzzi tub and a private little porch. The place was clean, people so courteous and accommodating. I can't wait to stay again!

Parking across the street, but not that big a deal.

Off the beaten path location however still close to all area events. Great bar, restaurant and common spaces to hang out with fellow stayers.

The staff were excellent! The location was perfect! The living room with the fireplace off the lobby was a great place to relax at the end of the day with a good book!

The heater in our bathroom was not working. We needed to cover the tile floor with towels because it was very cold. There was a clothes rack that had only three hangars on it but could easily have fit more. Lighting was lacking and blinked often.

Comfortable, clean, nice staff, Monday night dinner was buy one get one.

Heat went out in building but was resolved.

Heat went out and it was very cold overnight, staff didn?t notify, apologize or offer anything to compensate. Others in our party were treated condescendingly. They can easily fill the place with skiiers and know it, we didn?t feel consistently valued.

Great staff, restaurant and pool. Will definitely be back.

It looks cute from the outside. Beautiful setting. The beds were comfortable.

Started with difficulty making a dinner reservation. The accommodations are dingy, dusty, in need of deep cleaning, decor is 40 years old, difficulty finding the outbuilding accommodations due to poor signage and inadequate lighting at night.

Friendly staff, nicely appointed room, fitness center and pool/spa are excellent.

Room air conditioner was not working as expected, but only stayed one night so did not complain

So many activities to do. Having and indoor and outdoor pool is great.

I could not get the tv to work. Called fronk desk twice but they had gone home gone home for the night.

The stairs were steep

every staff member was courteous and friendly. The room was fantastic, food was excellent. Loved the eclipse party, the best hamburger I ever had. Loved the music. Beautiful location. Can't wait to come back.

Very outdated rooms, beds, terrible experience in the carriage house. Customer service could be better.

Staff takes your security deposit, pool is freezing. Not kid friendly, and staff is unfriendly.

Comfortable bed & chairs.

We arrived on a Monday night to find out that they had no dining available on Tuesdays & Wednesdays. Room condition was a little rough (doors stick, shower door leaked) but you should probably expect that in a building that is over 200 years old.
