Located in Jackson, this historic hotel features a full-service Aveda spa and New England style restaurant. It features an indoor pool, hot tub, outdoor pool and is surrounded by the White Mountain National Forest. Each individually decorated room at the Christmas Farm Inn and Spa provides cable TV on a LCD screen. Rooms are also furnished with a seating area. Pros +
- Off the beaten path location however still close to all area events. Great bar, restaurant and common spaces to hang out with fellow stayers.
- The staff were excellent! The location was perfect! The living room with the fireplace off the lobby was a great place to relax at the end of the day with a good book!
- Comfortable, clean, nice staff, Monday night dinner was buy one get one.
Cons -
- The heater in our bathroom was not working. We needed to cover the tile floor with towels because it was very cold. There was a clothes rack that had only three hangars on it but could easily have fit more. Lighting was lacking and blinked often.
- Heat went out in building but was resolved.
- Heat went out and it was very cold overnight, staff didn?t notify, apologize or offer anything to compensate. Others in our party were treated condescendingly. They can easily fill the place with skiiers and know it, we didn?t feel consistently valued.
