12 Ashworth Ave suites

I have video. Incredibly unsafe, unsanitary, dirty. I have emailed asking for cancellation. I did not stay in room for more than 5". Owner has not replied to my email asking for cancellation. Booked elsewhere.

The room was clean and the staff was great!!

The check in process was a challenge, parking is not convenient if you have physical limitations, the stairs to the room, OMG not safe, not to code either one set was blocked off with caution tape!

Yes the parking we drove around for 45 minutes thinking we were looking for a parking lot when we were supposed to park in a entrance way to the building.

Plenty of space and cleanliness.

Office is at another location, but I did not read the notice about it in the listing. Or, if I did, it was at least a month prior when I did the original booking.

All the bedding and towels were clean. Easy walking distance to all sights at Hampton.

It was cool at night and there were only two blankets available. There is one light in the living area which was bright. No other lighting available. There was a mean man that was not very polite about the parking situation.

Location is good, sketchy door- doesn¿t shut all the way but it does lock

Free parking stinks- paid parking right across street is worth purchasing. No heat. Chilly nights!

Location is very close to the Casino Ballroom, the venue we saw the show at. You can walk around the other corner and be on the beach. It¿s not hard to find and is exactly what it says it is. No more, no less. At the lowest price, it was just about right.

The off-site office location where you check-in and out, is pretty far from the room and a bit tricky to spot. There¿s no parking, I was told to park at the beach for free until 4/15, but it¿s actually 4/1-10/31 8am-12am so I sucked it up paid the meter

They told me they had free parking but the spot was full of trash. They told me I could park on the street over night but when I got up at 8am I already had a ticket at 230am for 30 dollars.

I got to the hotel there was no where to check in so I looked up the number an called a couple times the mailbox was full so I left. Later that night they called me back an had me go check in at a different address blocks away.

IT WAS LIKE A OLD APARTMENT BUIDING VERY CLOSE TO HOUSE NEXT DOOR WAS NOT GOOD PARKING HEARD LOUD NOISES IN MIDDLE OF NIGHT HAD A TWO DAY STAY STAYED ONE NIGHT DISAPPOINTED WILL NOT STAY AT THIS ADDRESS AGAIN

It seemed like I was renting a room in a motel but actually it was a room in a 7 unit building. Maybe years ago it was a mini motel now just a building with rooms. But all said for the price it was fine .

The cleanliness and especially the location. Nice people!!!!!
