perfect location, staff very friendly and helpful

no cups in room, had to pay for ICE, basically bare room with beds

the pool was nice, the room was the perfect size and price, the staff was very kind and helpful and it was conveniently located right near the beach but far enough away so that I could sleep peacefully at night.

the air conditioner was in a strange location that didn't cool the entire room very well.

Front desk and all the staff  was very courtesy as well checking in before and during my trip.

Rooms need updating all furniture and appliances. I did not even have a microwave in my 2 double bed unit. Used q-tip on floor under one of the beds but overall was a great experience. I have been several times and plan on coming several more times.

Room was very Basic and clean. Unfortunately they were no chairs in the room to sit on to watch TV and no coffee pot was very disappointed.

I wish they had coffee in the lobby or in the room like most places do. Also did not like that the room and or AC had a mildew smell.

Very clean rooms and quick response to any requests.

The water pressure in the shower was weak but got the job done.

Floors were tile, so dirty they made my feet black, but I liked the tile. Also like the color scheme of the room.

No phone, no local info in room, no towel rack-one small hook, no fire extinguishers or hand sanitizer as stated in description, no clock, black footprints on walls, cord on coffee maker was too short to reach any outlets. VERY flat pillows and hard beds.

Room was very clean. Location was nice an close to boardwalk/ beach. Free WiFi an convenient onsite parking.

Woke up to tons of flying ants!! They had to spray the room and we had an infint with us. So run down and old dirty musty gross! They only allow one car parking for each room. Had to pay $50. 4 blocks away for overnight parking! Staff is rude.

Easy check in. Friendly staff and close to everything.

The location was the best feature of this hotel, it was walking distance to local attractions.

No specific dislikes, older hotel in a tourist area so my expectations were not real high. Room was clean and good parking.

Super clean hotel and very friendly staff. I loved that their was staff 24/7 watching out for the people and vehicles.

Our bathroom toilet wouldn't flush. It was clogged and we'd asked the housekeeping to have someone look at it. That didn't happen I had to go and get a plunger, still not working. We'd not seen anyone come check it while we were at the hotel.
