- It is a dive hotel. It is way over priced. No amenities, i would not recommend this place at all. Once I saw this place I tried to get a refund. The office staff refused to give us our money back.
- The air conditioner was was old and got shut off when the room was cleaned.It was above 85 degrees.Nothing offered for a continental breakfast.It was so tiny in the bathroom and the only place to put your things was on the closed toilet.No fan in the bath

Room was quiet, clean, and water was nice and hot.
Facility is old, not kept up, and needa a paint job. Screens have holes. But beds are very comfortable. No place to get ice or soda.
It was relatively close to where I had to go the next morning.
NO HEAT, no wake up call. I was told to turn the thermostat up in my room. I turned it up to 70 degrees, but the heat never came on. Fortunately I had 2 small blankets with me. They helped, but a working thermostat would have been better.
5-10 minute ride to Hampton Beach. Close to shopping and restaurants.
Few amenities. Low hot water pressure. While fairly clean, the overall maintenance of hotel seemed lacking.
