Regal Inn Hampton Beach

On 1way st a block from biker bar so you will be woken up all night long. Crack pipe in drawer. Scum on tub. Stains on comforter. Shower curtain very moldy. Ceiling tiles missing. No veiw of ocean just over flow. Heated pool drained probably,Jacuzzi gross

The location is the ONLY thing I would recommend.

The owner is extremely aggressive & just a very angry person. I paid in full before I got there and she demanded hundreds more dollars that I now dispute w/credit card. CHECK OUT 10:00 AM or $30 charge. CREEPY MAITANANCE MAN LURKS EVERYWHERE. NEVER AGAIN

we could see the fireworks from the third floor.. the pool was wonderful!

parking was not free from noon on as advertised.. no elevator.. they charged me half the bill i thought i paid to you already on my fidelity card and i had to put it on another card

It was a couple of blocks from the beach. The price was reasonable compared to most other places in the area.

3rd floor room, no elevator, only outside steps. Toilet didn't work when we got there. No service to clean our room. We had to get rid of our own trash and call for fresh towels. We would often get only 2 sets and no washcloths. No breakfast or coffee.

The rooms smelled bad. The air conditioner had mold all inside it. The bathrooms were less than 1 star. Looked as though they do not have the money to upkeep, with rigged up home improvement that a 12 year old made. The bed was not comfortable.

No parking. Not handicap accessible. Not clean

The room was clean, didnt hear a lot of the outside noise. Close enough to the ocean.

This hotel needs a serious facelift. The room we were given looked like it was not suppose to be used, there were things missing off the walls (towel holder, shower had duct tape, shower faucet was not working)

The location! It was walking distance to the beach.

Noisy room..we could hear people walking up and down the stairs and hallways at 3 am and someone tried coming into our room about an hour after we got there..they tried to open the door but it was locked, when we opened it noone was outside.

The only thing I liked about the Inn was the location. The pool was nice to. For the price I payed for the room not worth it. I would like some compensation.

I reserved 2 rooms. In one of the rooms the mattress was falling down on the bed. The bathroom wasn't very clean. Found some bugs. I didn't like in either room had no phone. I we had no cell phones we couldn't communicate Incase of emergency.

How close it is to the start of the boardwalk, you don't need to drive down as far and don't get stuck by as many pedestrians. Good price. The room was a little narrow but definitely do-able.

They didn't leave shampoo or conditioner in the rooms, just soap. We had 4 adults and 2 towels. When we went to the beach the second day, we had to pay for parking to let it stay there. We paid $15.00 to park only till 3pm, not knowing we had a time limit

It's not that impressive from the outside, but our room was very nice, spacious, and comfortable!

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the location was perfect and the room was exactly what we needed.

Needs updating but was clean and the parking was converted.

The room set up was okay

There was tax between the bathroom and the living room bedroom area that you would step on every time you go in the lamps wouldn't work the TV barely worked and it was holes in the ceiling and walls the customer service was poor.

Not friendly at all very rude room was dirty pictures on web must be old housekeeping sucked this hotel has nothing to offer

I was very pleased with the room and friendliness of staff/owners. Everybody was very helpful with what we asked and/or requested.

I would suggest that they supply more towels for rooms that have 4 people staying in them. Also, when I put heater on, a burnt smell came out of it and also caused smoke detector to go off. Bed is up tight against outlet its plugged into FIRE HAZARD!!

Location was OK

Hotel was dirty and many things were falling apart. Staff could not even print a receipt.Many people had problems with parking.

Great location to beach, nice rooms.

The worst thing was plugging in all the appliances, and overall, wasn't really that bad to have to do it. Hey, let's be environmental!
