- Very pleasant and helpful staff!!
- The hotel was friendly and the room was clean and neat. However, the suite that we paid for was not what we received. The explanation was someone from the staff earlier had extended our suite which was handicapped to someone else. Very disappointed.

Cons -
- The handicap suite that was supposed to be ours was to be a handicap,rolliin shower with with a pulldown handheld showerhead. This suite was given to another couple prior to our check-in. Very disappointing.
- Cleanliness of the room was sub par
- House keeping only every other day when staying more than one night
