Garrison Hotel & Suites Dover-Portsmouth, an Ascend Collection Hotel

The facility was fantastic. Breakfast was perfect..The beds were phenomenal. Staff was was very accommodating. We'll stay here again.

Absolutely nothing. Just no pool

Nothing. And I have a ton of photos to back up my crappy review. It was my birthday. It was Super Bowl Sunday. I had a ton of food that I couldn’t cook because nobody could fix a blown fuse in the room I was offered to bring all of my food back-and-forth up and down the stairs to use the refrigerator that was in the lobby as well as the microwave or they would’ve given me a lesser room for the same price that I’ve already paid. I ended up leaving at 7:30 in the morning when I went to retrieve my food out of the refrigerator. It was all frozen, so I had to throw it all in the trash.

Everything . False advertisement they both having an indoor pool no pool to be had one of the very few reasons I got this hotel room.

Everything! The Lobby, the exercise room, the pool, the breakfast!

No spa/hot tub

Location

Not clean. When we checked in the receptionist gave us room which we walked to and apparently there was someone already in the room. This was at 2AM when I’m trying to open the room while someone is already there. I didn’t get the room I booked and ended up getting an upgrade which was not even smoker free room. There were cigarette buds left in the room. So definitely not clean. No apologies for such inconvenience.
