Best Western Plus York Hotel & Conference Center

Breakfast

The tv announced loudly the channel and the sound level every time you changed it. Not good when partner is sleeping.

Location and had a restaurant attached.

Had a terrible humidity and or mold issue. Made me cough and my lungs burn. They acknowledged the issue and offered another room up the hallway. Same issue there. Upon request, they issued a refund and we checked out and went to another hotel.

Very convenient to interstate, gas, restaurants. Great hot food breakfast bar. Let’s allowed for reasonable charge.

Breakfast, location and staff.

The recent remodel is a major improvement. I've stayed there many times and my most recent stay was the best. The quality of my room, the bedding, the air conditioning, the towels the TV and the breakfast were much improved over past stays.

Parking area is a mess.

Hotel location is easy to locate and get to, it?s right off I80 and also Hwy 81 if you are coming from any way. Has the Applebees located right in the building, which is nice. Staff was friendly and polite. I have stayed here before and will again

It was convenient for me close to bruning Nebraska. Went for a funeral

They were remodeling.. but that?s ok ..

Close to interstate and has an Applebees attached to it. Rooms are being renovated, which is a much needed and successful improvement.

No streaming tv option. The limit to commercial tv is rather frustrating.

They have begun major renovations

The hallways are old and very unappealing ~ top dollar for one of the worst Best Westerns I?ve stayed at.

Nice comfortable beds. Great Breakfast, good selection

Pillows were lumpy. Lots of construction on the first floor. Do not remember anything on the website about construction going on.

Felt the morning staff was rude.

Did not feel well in the room, the hallway carpets looked very dirty, and I encountered staff in the hallway in the morning who seemed irritated and maybe angry, and it made me feel uncomfortable.

The bed mattress needs to be replaced. It was only ?so, so?. The price was too high for what we received.

Kept up nicely, like the restaurant, staff very helpful.

No hot tub ¿¿

The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The breakfast was very good. Staff was nice.

The sink and also shower did not drain- had to stand in 6 inches of water! Yuck! There was no blow dryer in our room - I asked the desk about it she said that not all rooms had one and didnt offer to find one for me either. Upsetting!

The restaurant (AppleBees) had some issues and closed really early but the bar tender was nice and accommodating.

Good breakfast!

Pool could use a shining it was clean but the edges were stained.

The breakfast was decent

The whole thing needs a refresh. Dingy, dirty and it¿s like an old school biker hotel (can see guest room doors broken into), the front entry is decent; however, the whole place smells like overpowering cleaners (used to mask less pleasant smells).

We LOVED this hotel. The staff was VERY friendly-all shifts. The rooms were clean and the beds are comfortable. The breakfast was great with eggs, bacon, ham, potatoes, pancakes, fruit, yogurt and more.

Location

The breakfast is terrible. Food selection is poor at best. The worse in my 50 years of travel. Had a bagel and banana. Weekend travel has better selection. Applebea in hotel restaurant poor this time. Have eaten there many times before and it was great

The location is great.

Extremely loud in ths room. Noise from the HOTEL a/c unit sounded like a diesel truck running right outside. Not the unit in the room.
