- Charged extra for a pet when no extra accommodations were provided. Booked 2 nights and stayed one, was unable to get a refund for second night. Book carefully.
- Lack of hospitality, breakfast was pitiful
- The rooms were not very clean. We found dust and roly-poly?s behind the doors in the bathroom.
