Good location, large parking, nice rooms, good restaurant and good breakfast.

Breakfast voucher was not given by the reception at check-in.

Room was fine; comfortable.

Had pet with us. Not the best location for taking pet (dog) for a walk.

Restaurant had good food.

Restaurant was out of FEATURED menu items, due to weekend Murder mystery event at the restaurant.

Location was good. Nice pool.

I booked a suite with 2 queen beds and the picture showed two beds in one room. I got only one bed and the second queen "bed" was the fold out couch. They did nothing to fix it saying they were full. Didn't offer any compensation. The bathroom door is a slide door with 1" opening on the side so anyone in the room could see you on the pot. The bed was uncomfortable.

Great location, clean good customer service

No laundry in the hotel. The hotel restaurant, did not fulfill their service . Asking customers to place order and not delivering it.

Great location, clean room, very large room, everything worked. Quite area great beds, lived up to a 4 star rating in most every way.

The guy at the check in counter few words answered few of my questions with as many as few words as possible, did not look happy to see me or anyone else. He belonged in a 2 star hotel but even they had more a personality than this guy.

Clean facilities, smells very clean as well

The bed I swear had nothing left to it. Felt like I was sleeping on springs. We went to the restaurant for supper which my hamburger was just OK, my wife didn’t even eat hers as it was the strangest enchiladas that didn’t taste good at all. Not sure what kind of meat that was but nothing about it or the Rice Pilaf trying to pass for Spanish rice was a Mexican dish.

The hotel was clean and had good amenities such as a pool , workout room and a restaurant

The lighting in my room was not great at all. 2 scones on the side of the bed were very dim and although the mirror in the bathroom had a light built in it was very dull and not enough to do my makeup. The other thing is the windows need tint.

Location, cleanliness, comfort. Staff as always very accommodating and friendly!

Literally the only thing I would like is more lighting in the room. Ice machine on our floor was out of order but when we notified staff they were aware and the part it required was ordered so it was already addressed.
