- Breakfast
- Clean and friendly. Breakfast was good. Nice workout room.
- It was clean and all the staff.
Cons -
- Shortly after we checked in the power went off. It was out 4 1/2 hours later.
- Hotel employee did not want to fix my room key without ID ( 2nd time the keys stopped working on a 3 day stay) he tried to get me to spell my last name wrong several times it was super frustrating. Noise all day room above us. No housekeeping for room.
- The general manager was extremely rude when I informed her of the water not heating up. Another guest had also complained about the water temperature. She became extremely upset about me complaining and refused to send maintenance to my room with me
