Comfort Inn & Suites Omaha Central

The location is perfect. I have stayed there several times since 1977. All were good experiences.

The bathroom smelled of sewer gas. There was no sink stopper. The AC/Heater fan ran continuously even with the system turned off. The remote control was sticky. Like the plastic was wiped with bleach at some point in the past. The room smelled like old smoke. The whole floor (5) smelled like musty smoke.

Comfortable bed and room size.

Cold pool dirty room. Bathtub was chipped and no way to give grandson bath after cold swim. Ice machine in hall leaking no signs and grandson feel. Poor internet connection

Very nice facilities great location

I honestly liked everything about our stay the family suite was very big and had a microwave mini fridge, coffee maker, sink and round counter/island table and bed in the front room the second bedroom had two beds desk and both rooms had tv that had voice remotes. Also 4 lamps through the whole suite it felt like a nice little apartment rather than a hotel room. EVERYTHING WAS IN WORKING CONDITION. Room was clean and beds were firm but comfortable. Staff was extremely pleasant and helpfull. Breakfast was very good and dinning room was clean and organized. The pool room was very spacious and water was clean and perfect temperature. A plus were the extra towels in pool room for when your done swimming. I would definitely stay again if ever in Omaha.

The room did have a few dings in the wall and minor damages but those are easily overlooked.

The location of the hotel and that it was close to the interstate system. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The quality of the hotel needs work. The sheets were ripped, the bathroom was dirty, the hotel smelled like a mix of chlorine and weed. The elevators were small. You can tell that there is a lack of upkeep in the hotel (i.e., paint, maintaining doors, bathrooms, etc). The shower was dirty. There appeared to be stains on the bed skirt. The rooms are not soundproof. You can hear every word your neighbor speaks. I would not recommend.

The location was good. The breakfast was good. The cost was reasonable.

The carpet was frayed. The handle in the shower was on the wrong side to help get out. Too near the toilet. Wouldn’t have been able to get out that way. The band was way too loud. Could hear them even on the 3rd floor. Bathtub looked like paint had been spilled in it.

Location was great.

The place needs remodeling bad. Bathtub had some peeling paints. Ceiling seems to have leaks. Carpet worn out. Public bathrooms were terrible!

Good location

Our TV did not work. Was told someone would come check. Called back to front desk an hour later and got keys for another room. That room did not have a fridge which we needed.

room was clean.

the facility was painting my floor during my stay. it was quite loud at odd hours with music blaring. the wifi also did not work most of my stay.
