Clean and quiet room, kind staff

Parking was tight and sometimes non-existent, breakfast was garbage

Everything!!! Big rooms, clean, very nice.

Staff was friendly. Was a nice location with restaurants and shops nearby.

Bathroom needs a bit of an update. No Hot Tub with the pool and pool was kinda on the small side.

Spacious room. Great breakfast. Clean room.

Pool was closed, was not informed of this at check-in. Dirty laundry left in room.

the location was perfect to areas we planned to visit. The room was nice and the people were kind.

The shower, shower curtain, and coffee maker weren’t working well or in good working condition.

Clean hotel throughout the property. Excellent amenities. Hot breakfast served to you (COVID safety). Wine, beer (Shock Top, and Bud Light), and meat and cheese (in a to-go container). Pleasant outside back area. Free laundry facilities. Desk staff great.

The only issue was needing towels, and the room was originally set up for one person. Housekeeping took over an hour, thus delaying our day. The location is a bit far from the downtown area where most of the major attractions in the city are located.

Friendly staff, the room was really cool. It was a nice vacation hotel. Breakfast was wonderful. Loved the updated features.

There were scuff marks on walls in room, rust stains on the freezer door, the bed skirt was stained, there had been a leak from the toilet as there was a dry cream colored patch under the back of the toilet on floor, the room must not hv been even because the shower doors would open while u were taking a shower and the door to the bathroom would never stay closed unless it was locked, and the pool never had towels & the chlorine was extremely strong.

The location is good. Close to shopping, dining, etc.

Plenty. Disgusting stains on the bed linens, poor customer service response, general feeling that they couldn't care less. Oh, and upon check in they gave us the key to an already occupied room. Good thing we're honest.

Was a nice hotel and a good location. The rooms were nice and the outside and indoor gathering areas were also very nice.

They have signs in the rooms and on the front desk saying they clean on Saturdays and Mon-Fri they come in and change garbage, towels and make beds. We stayed a week and they only did this once, 5 days after we checked in and complained 3 nights in a row.
