- The price, location, friendly staff and the room. A nice surprise was Penny's diner across from the parking lot.
- Close to the highway. The neighboring diner was great food and service.

- None
- Check-in agent didn't know what was going on. Room was filthy. Dirty tub, toilet, air filters, towels. No comforter. Only a thin blanket seemingly from an Army surplus store. No battery in smoke detector. Fridge/ microwave hotwired together. No nightstand
- Could¿ve been cleaner, and for the money, more amenities need to be provided.
