- Was confused that it was branded as two different hotel chains, was even asked which hotel I was checking in to at the front desk. The building has both Cobblestone and Avid hotel names on it. Ive seen this with car rental agencies but never a hotel.

Several things were not operating correctly such as the air and television
We did not have soap shampoo or conditioner in the bathroom
Very well maintained and clean
Only did maid service one time during a week stay so had to continually dump garbage daily

Staff was far from hospitable. Toilet was not hooked up. Microwave not plugged in. One Elevator did not work. Whoever gave the okay ready to open should be fired. In my company (as an owner) I would have been incensed.

We booked a week out. I confirmed the same day. I confirmed the day of arrival for my 2 rooms. They called me when we were 15 minutes away and confirmed and then when we got there, no rooms! HORRIBLE!

It was clean
Well I got there and the room I booked wasn't available so they said they would give me 1000 ihg points for the inconvenience and I have called multiple times and still no points at all
They rooms were great! Beds were comfy.
While breakfast was good, we had to wait as eggs, bacon and potatoes ran out.
It was new and clean. There was a full fridge & dishwasher available, although we did not use them due to our short stay.
It was difficult to find directions from the highway. And 2 hotels are combined; AVID and Candlewood. So finding it at night, with an unclear map app, made it difficult.
Rooms, breakfast, staff, general facilities such as 24 hr water and coffee
Was a little pricey for me, but overall experience was good
Didn't eat breakfast, was in town for family issue.
