Cleanliness and nice staff

Toilet wouldn?t flush

Easy access off the road but quiet. The owner checked us in and even upgraded our room. The breakfast was very good. We would stay here again if passing through again.

location for my needs/reason to travel

we called ahead telling of our late arrival. we waited 15 minutes for desk clerk to awaken. he gave us room key for another guests room. when we did get our room, there were used washcloths hanging on the curtain. after telling mgt, they shrugged.

Nice pool. Great breakfast. Great staff.

Toilet seat was broke. Shower temperature control was backwards. Charge for the room safe even if you didn't use it.

We had first floor rooms. Evening clerk very nice and accomodating.

Room was never cleaned. Clean towels were brought when requested. Trash was emptied upon request. Breakfast was okay, not enough juice available, sausage was spicy.

Breakfast was horrible. No milk the second morning and the coffee was just hot water. With an hour left for breakfast they ran out of eggs and sausage. The reason we paid the money we did for this room was for the breakfast. Pool was closed!

Do not hesitate to book a room here! It looks like the rooms have recently been remodeled (mine had new carpet, etc.). Everything was very clean and the comforter on the bed was just the right weight. Will stay here again when I'm in the area.

I wished the pool was open earlier in the morning to swim. It was a little on the cold side.

Had a good breakfast. Close to where I needed to be.

Waited 10 minutes at the front desk for someone to come and check me in. Two staff members came down the stairs and said, "oh". Never asked how long I was waiting or offered an apology for the wait. TV remote didn't work. Hairdryer quit after 10 sec.

Like sleeping in a dungeon. Both beds were bad. Comode needed replaced. Breakfast program was junk. Staff was slow and lacked focus. Will not sleep there again

The people at the front dest were helpful.

The room was not ready at 3 pm. Sheets stained. Pool was supposed to be heated. It was not. Pool room was cold and workout room that was adjacent to it was steaming. When checking out I could hear one of the housekeeping complaining about the other ones.

Location. Staff always most helpful. They all went out of their way to be helpful.Cleanliness- a must for us. price - very reasonable We would stay here again in a heartbeat!!

The hot water had a horrible odor at the sink. That is the only reason I did not rate it as overall excellent.

The location was great for what I needed.

My card kept getting deactivated, which was a minor annoyance since I had to keep going to the front desk to have it reset every time I wanted to get back into my room.

The beds were very comfortable and the rooms very clean

The hot tub was on the blink. They were waiting for a part to fix it.

The staff was not friendly at all. Our room was not properly cleaned.

Needed better beds. Would of liked main floor room, but the clerk was very nice to carry my bag upstairs.

We were on the 2nd floor and did not have an elevator. My mother is 84 years old. I was worried about the stairs, but she did ok. You did not have any fruit for continental breakfast
