- I tried to cancel and could not. I showed up and was turned away and upon trying to rectify this fiasco I was actively hung up on 3x. Ia charged. I will not use this service or hotel ever again, not will I recommend either.

Cons -
- How much I paid for a room it should have better the door didn't shut all the way
- It was noisy out not enough towels no coffee the room was falling apart
- It was tremendously traumatic for my ESA animals and me.
