- Quick check in. Friendly staff. Ground Floor room and parking in front of room. Little candy on bed when checked in.
- It was very clean, quiet, and staff was super friendly
- It seemed nice in the lobby, but at arrival all power/electricity was out including heat. It was like that the entire night into the following day, and no one tried to suggest anything to do or maybe to go to a different hotel...

- Being charged a 100.00 deposit on credit card only. Normally can leave cash deposit and get back in am.

- Overnight staff was nice, but a manager should have been there with an issue with power out. The morning staff member was asleep behind the office, as customers were looking for help.
