Common areas clean and staff was nice. The room and bathroom were clean and spacious. continental breakfast was pretty average. The pool was small, but well maintained and we also enjoyed the hot tub.
Parking was pretty cramped since the lot was shared with another hotel. There was what looked like some fire damage visible on the outside of the hotel that was a little concerning but no evidence of damage inside the hotel.

Clean rooms/bedding.
Hot tub was closed, hotel was generally a bit dated and walls/ceilings were thin. Neighbor noise was an issue. Check in was not super smooth with confusion on payment.

The location and the ease of checking in and out.
Needs some weather strip around the doors so you don¿t hear everything that goes on in the hallway. Fan motor in the HVAC unit was squeaky.

The hotel is very nice and clean and pleasant.
The hotel is nice but it is in a "weird" area, surrounded by commercial and industrial. Also, the TV is a chalenge-the guide does not work and when going thru channels, what is shown in the upper right corner is not correct--they were all wrong!!

The spacious room, friendly staff, comfortable bed.
The bathtub/shower needs updating. The exterior room doors need cleaning and/or maintenance. The breakfast was terrible.

Room was clean, comfortable and large. Great area for pets out back. Pool/spa was out of order. Air and Space museum was awesome and Round the Bend Steakhouse.

Nice and friendly staff. Breakfast was excellent. They helped with what ever was needed.
I really wanted to be able to us the hot tub. I was shut down.
